" Picture Perfect "

Feb. 14... The day when my grandpa was born. I figured, since all my cousins are present this year for my grandpa's 78th birthday, I hired a photographer to take our pictures. These are all my grandpa's and grandma's (mother's side) grandchildren and great grandchildren. We enlarged the pictures, had them framed and gave it to my grandpa on his b-day. Just looking at the pictures, makes me realize how much I miss them. How I wish I could just win the Lotto, I can be able to retire early and spend more time with my grandfolks. Hmmm.. that made me remember, I have to check my lotto.

Go Yellow Team!!!

We were definitely the proud parents of this guy. We decided to enroll Daniel at a private school near our house in the Philippines so he can at least socialize and learn my language. He ended up joining the school's annual foundation day celebration (10th) and competed in the school's cheering competition. I was really proud of my son. I was in front videotaping him and taking his pictures. What a feeling! The yellow team won and got the championship trophy. Daniel was so happy they won, they practice for 15 days in between classes. He is soooo good, the best and my champion. What can I say? He's my son. I love him so so much!!!!!!!

Drunkards

As you all noticed, I have more guy friends than girls.... I have my positive reasons. These friends just represent not even a quarter of the total friends I've got. I'm not bragging... Chris will testify on that. My camera exploded, burned, toasted etc. so I didn't get the chance to take all of their pictures. Oh yeah, Chris and I went back to my high school and he was just overwhelmed how they treated us. The principal was the one who toured us of the recent and future perspective of my school. I felt so special... everyone knows and love me.
This picture was taken in our front yard. P.S. Almost everyone was drunk in this picture but I won't tell shhhhh. But everybody manage to smile for the shots.

After 6 long years.....

These pictures were taken when we went out clubbing with my friends (barkadas), Edward, Marissa, some of my uncle and aunt and with my hubby Chris. When I was in high school my friends and I go clubbing every saturday except when we have exams on that week. The first time we went clubbing, I can pretty much describe myself like a crazy monkey who just escape from a cage. Hey, six years I waited for that time and opportunity, i think Chris and i deserve it. We really had a good time, every second of it. I felt young and reborn. Of course, I get thirsty and tired after 10 minutes of dancing due to lack of excercise. Well, we had a BLAST!!!!

My Childhood Sweetheart

This is a picture of my childhood sweetheart Mr. Dexter Bual. When we were 5 years old, we were always teamed up by our teachers for dance competition, foundation day celebration even teased us. His family made a deal with my aunty Gina (who passed away in 2003) for us to get married someday. Well, it didn't work out. We don't regret it because we are both happily married and despite of the fact that we didn't end up married, we are still very close. I really appreciate that he made a big effort to see me. His trip was 9 hours bus ride from my house but he made it. I also miss him so much and I was also glad to see him and meet my hubby. This guy is my longest friend because we were already friends since preschool.

Meet my Best Friend Forever - - Grace

In this last pic, did you notice the monkey on the background? He keeps on doing what he was doing so we ended up taking 20 pictures of this pose.

It's so nice to be back here in Canada. Anyways, Grace was in Dubai since August of 2006 and when she found out we were coming home in December of 2006, she decided to come home so we could spend some time together. Oh, I miss everybody. I love hanging out with my friends, go clubbing and just talking and updating myself of what was happening to their lives. It's so good to know that almost everyone finished school with their respective degrees and jobs.

Anyway, Grace and I are best friends for almost 13 years now. We used to do things together and spend so much time going out from place to place. I love and appreciate her so much and she is very special to me. I treasure our friendship so much. Oh and by the way, we've known each other since we were 6 years old.
